Role Overview:
As the Manager – Psychology & Wellness Programs, you will lead the design, execution, and evaluation of wellness and behavioral programs under the Zen framework. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, clients, and facilitators to create impactful psychological and cultural transformation experiences within organizations.
Key Responsibilities:Program Design & Development:
- Conceptualize and develop corporate wellness programs based on psychological frameworks and organizational needs.
- Integrate behavioral assessments, emotional well-being modules, and experiential learning methods into programs.
- Ensure all content and interventions are evidence-based, inclusive, and aligned with Zen’s wellness philosophy.
Client Engagement & Program Delivery:
- Partner with client HR and leadership teams to understand their people and culture challenges.
- Customize programs and sessions (workshops, webinars, counseling initiatives) to meet client goals.
- Conduct group sessions, awareness drives, and leadership development interventions.
- Oversee scheduling, facilitator coordination, and session delivery for multiple client engagements.
Team & Project Management:
- Lead a small team of facilitators, psychologists, and coordinators to execute projects effectively.
- Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables for each client engagement.
- Support the Product team in translating psychological concepts into digital tools and resources on the Zen platform.
- Maintain documentation, reports, and feedback for continuous improvement.
Research & Analytics:
- Stay updated on emerging trends in organizational psychology, workplace behavior, and mental health.
- Use data and feedback to measure impact and report on program effectiveness.
- Contribute to thought leadership through articles, case studies, or workshops under the Zen brand.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong foundation in Organizational / Counselling
- Proven ability to manage wellness programs or behavioral interventions in corporate environments.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement ability.
- Empathy-driven leadership with attention to detail and impact.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to work with digital wellness tools.
Qualification & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Psychology -Full Time
- Minimum 5 years of experience in wellness, corporate psychology, or behavioral training.
