This is a leadership role for someone who can handle strategic planning as well as day-to-day financial discipline.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee complete accounting operations: ledgers, reconciliations, reporting, and approvals.</li><li>Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.</li><li>Prepare and present monthly/quarterly financial performance reports.</li><li>Manage internal and external audits; ensure timely compliance and documentation readiness.</li><li>Identify financial risks, propose mitigation measures, and enhance risk controls.</li><li>Establish and improve SOPs, internal controls, and financial governance.</li><li>Review major vendor payments, payroll flow, and cash management.</li><li>Coordinate with auditors, banks, government bodies, and senior management.</li><li>Supervise the finance team and ensure timely performance delivery.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachlor's/Master&rsquo;s in Finance/Accounting.</li><li>2&ndash;3 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.</li><li>Strong command over financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, and audit practices.</li><li>Experience with risk assessment and strengthening internal controls.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.</li><li>Proficient in Excel and accounting/ERP software.</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Lahore Johar Town: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Do you currently reside within a 20-minute travel distance from our office location?
