About Us:

Mekex Solution smc is an IT enable service company specialized in the supply of digital services according to customer specifications.

We’re hiring a Finance Executive who can take full command of accounting operations, strengthen internal controls, lead audits, and proactively manage financial risks. This is a leadership role for someone who can handle strategic planning as well as day-to-day financial discipline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee complete accounting operations: ledgers, reconciliations, reporting, and approvals.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
  • Prepare and present monthly/quarterly financial performance reports.
  • Manage internal and external audits; ensure timely compliance and documentation readiness.
  • Identify financial risks, propose mitigation measures, and enhance risk controls.
  • Establish and improve SOPs, internal controls, and financial governance.
  • Review major vendor payments, payroll flow, and cash management.
  • Coordinate with auditors, banks, government bodies, and senior management.
  • Supervise the finance team and ensure timely performance delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachlor's/Master’s in Finance/Accounting.
  • 2–3 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.
  • Strong command over financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, and audit practices.
  • Experience with risk assessment and strengthening internal controls.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and accounting/ERP software.

  • Lahore Johar Town: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
