We’re hiring a Finance Executive who can take full command of accounting operations, strengthen internal controls, lead audits, and proactively manage financial risks. This is a leadership role for someone who can handle strategic planning as well as day-to-day financial discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complete accounting operations: ledgers, reconciliations, reporting, and approvals.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Prepare and present monthly/quarterly financial performance reports.
- Manage internal and external audits; ensure timely compliance and documentation readiness.
- Identify financial risks, propose mitigation measures, and enhance risk controls.
- Establish and improve SOPs, internal controls, and financial governance.
- Review major vendor payments, payroll flow, and cash management.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, government bodies, and senior management.
- Supervise the finance team and ensure timely performance delivery.
Requirements
- Bachlor's/Master’s in Finance/Accounting.
- 2–3 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.
- Strong command over financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, and audit practices.
- Experience with risk assessment and strengthening internal controls.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Excel and accounting/ERP software.
