We are looking for a &ldquo;SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER&rdquo;. We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to oversee, manage, and execute mechanical systems and installations on-site. This role involves hands-on supervision of construction, installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems to ensure compliance with design, safety, and regulatory standards with the following credentials:Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise mechanical works on-site (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting) per QCS 2014 and project specs</li><li>Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and test reports</li><li>Conduct site inspections, issue NCRs and site instructions, and supervise testing &amp; commissioning</li><li>Attend technical and coordination meetings with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders</li><li>Ensure adherence to QA/QC protocols, safety standards, and project timelines</li><li>Liaise with Kahramaa, Civil Defense, Ashghal,and Baladiya for inspections and approvals</li><li>Mentor junior engineers and support reporting within the Supervision Department</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in mechanical engineering (Master&rsquo;s is a plus)<ul><li>10+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in Qatar/GCC supervision roles</li><li>MME (UPDA) registration &ndash; Grade A or B is mandatory</li><li>Strong knowledge of QCS 2014, NFPA, ASHRAE, and local authority procedures</li><li>Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)</li><li>Proven ability to work independently with contractors and authorities</li></ul>Preferred Background:<ul><li>Experience on high-rise, residential, or hospitality projects</li><li>Familiarity with handover procedures and authority approvals</li><li>Previous work with supervision consultancies in Qatar is an advantage</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>HVAC, Plumbing &amp; Firefighting: 4 years (Preferred)</li><li>Reviewing shop drawing, material submittal, method statement : 5 years (Preferred)</li><li>site inspection, Issue NCR and site instructions: 5 years (Preferred)</li><li>QA/QC protocol, safety standard &amp; project timelines: 5 years (Preferred)</li><li>liaising with Kahramaa, QCCD, Ashghal &amp; Baladiya: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English &amp; Arabic is a plus (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>MME (UPDA) with grade A or B (Preferred)</li><li>QCCD (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Doha (Preferred)</li></ul>

Sr. Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a proactive and technically proficient Intermediate Interior Designer with 3 to 4 years of professional experience . The primary focus of this role is the development of detailed, buildable technical drawings for retail fit-outs. The ideal candidate must be capable of independently managing small modification project and possess strong visualization and graphic presentation skills.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Detailed Technical Drawing Development : Produce comprehensive and accurate technical documentation, including:</li><li>Detailed plans, elevations, sections, and details</li><li>Custom millwork and joinery drawings, schedules, and specifications.</li><li>Coordination of drawings with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) and structural consultants.</li><li>Preparation of design packages for tendering and construction.</li><li>Design and Presentation Support:</li><li>Assist senior designers with design concept development and material selection.</li><li>Develop high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings to communicate design intent.</li><li>Create compelling design presentations, mood boards, and material palettes.</li><li>Collaboration: Work effectively with contractors, suppliers, and the in-house team to ensure the successful execution of the design vision.</li><li>Quality Control: Ensure all work meets company and industry standards for design quality, technical accuracy, and adherence to codes.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Experience: 3 to 4 years of proven, post-graduate experience in an Interior Design or Architecture firm .</li><li>Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of AutoCAD to produce detailed construction drawings.</li><li>Visualization &amp; Presentation:</li><li>Good knowledge and proven experience with 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, 3d max or cinema 4d , corona renderer ..)</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for rendering post-production, image editing, and graphic presentation layouts.</li><li>Project Handling: Demonstrated ability to independently manage and deliver the technical documentation for interior design projects.</li><li>Design Knowledge: Strong understanding of building codes, construction methodologies, material specifications, and furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&amp;E).</li><li>Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client, consultant, and contractor interaction.</li><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.</li></ul>Preferred Attributes<ul><li>Experience with site supervision and quality checks.</li><li>Familiarity with local or regional customs .</li><li>Proficiency in other Adobe Creative Suite programs (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator).</li></ul>Job Type: Permanent
