Job Title: HR AssistantLocation: UAE Salary: AED 2,500 &ndash; AED 3,500 (Based on experience)Job Type: Full-timeJob Description: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will assist in daily HR operations, recruitment coordination, and employee record management.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in the recruitment process (screening CVs, scheduling interviews)</li><li>Maintain employee records and HR databases</li><li>Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and letters of intent</li><li>Coordinate onboarding and documentation for new employees</li><li>Handle employee inquiries and provide administrative support</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures</li><li>Assist in payroll coordination and attendance tracking</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of HR experience (UAE/GCC experience preferred)</li><li>Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information professionally</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Experience in recruitment</li><li>Familiarity with UAE labor laws</li></ul>Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person
