Job Title: QC Inspector &ndash; Metallic (Oil &amp; Gas Projects)Location: UAE / Qatar Projects Industry: Oil &amp; GasJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced QC Inspector &ndash; Metallic for major Oil &amp; Gas construction projects. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in metallic piping inspection within refinery, LNG, petrochemical, or pipeline environments in the GCC.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Inspect metallic piping fabrication and erection works</li><li>Verify compliance with drawings, isometrics, P&amp;IDs, and project specifications</li><li>Conduct inspection of:</li><li>Welding &amp; fit-up</li><li>Hydrotesting &amp; pneumatic testing</li><li>Line checking &amp; flushing</li><li>Valve installation</li><li>Material receiving &amp; traceability</li><li>Review WPS, PQR, and welder qualification records</li><li>Coordinate with NDT teams (RT, UT, PT, MT)</li><li>Monitor coating, painting, and insulation of piping systems</li><li>Ensure compliance with ASME, API, and project QA/QC standards</li><li>Maintain inspection reports, test records, and QA documentation</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 5+ years GCC experience in Oil &amp; Gas projects</li><li>Strong experience in metallic piping inspection</li><li>Experience in refinery, LNG, petrochemical, or pipeline EPC projects</li><li>Knowledge of ASME B31.3, API standards, welding procedures</li><li>Experience in hydrotest packages and mechanical completion dossiers</li><li>Familiar with QA/QC documentation and ITP procedures</li></ul>Education &amp; Certifications<ul><li>Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent</li><li>CSWIP 3.1 / BGAS / API certification preferred</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR5,500.00 per month
