This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food service, sales, and hospitality while working in a fast-paced, energetic atmosphere.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience</li><li>Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring efficient processing and timely delivery</li><li>Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, handling food safely, and adhering to food safety protocols</li><li>Assist with food preparation and kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth operations</li><li>Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and basic math calculations for bills and payments</li><li>Use reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments, including serving or host/hostess roles</li><li>Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations quickly and effectively</li><li>Culinary experience or background in food handling, sanitation, and food safety standards</li><li>Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced setting</li><li>Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a positive attitude</li><li>Previous experience working in fine dining or nightclub environments is advantageous</li><li>Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and bill calculations</li></ul>Join us if you&rsquo;re passionate about delivering top-tier guest experiences!
