Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring efficient processing and timely delivery
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, handling food safely, and adhering to food safety protocols
• Assist with food preparation and kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth operations
• Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and basic math calculations for bills and payments
• Use reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements

Requirements

• Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments, including serving or host/hostess roles
• Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations quickly and effectively
• Culinary experience or background in food handling, sanitation, and food safety standards
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a positive attitude
• Previous experience working in fine dining or nightclub environments is advantageous
• Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and bill calculations
