Job Summary:

We are seeking a Front of House Team Member to join our dynamic team. As a Front of House Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. If you have a passion for the food industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions or concerns
- Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of food and beverages to tables
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the food service industry is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail calculations
