We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and valued. Your ability to engage with customers and provide outstanding service will contribute significantly to our restaurant's reputation.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options.
• Take accurate orders using POS systems, including Aloha POS or OpenTable.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations while serving food and beverages.

Skills

• Strong math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Proficiency in using POS systems; experience with Aloha POS or OpenTable is a plus.
• Excellent guest services skills with a focus on hospitality and guest relations.
• Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance the dining experience.
• Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
