Job Title: HR &amp; Admin Executive (Recruitment and Compliance)Location: Malad, Mumbai Salary Range: &#8377;4 &ndash; &#8377;5 LPA Experience: 2 &ndash; 4 years Employment Type: Full-time, On-siteAbout the RoleWe are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented HR &amp; Admin Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensure statutory and policy compliance, and handle key administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR operations and labour laws, coupled with excellent coordination and communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment &amp; Onboarding<ul><li>Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle &ndash; sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.</li><li>Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.</li><li>Use job portals, social media, and other channels to attract top talent.</li><li>Conduct reference checks and ensure smooth joining formalities.</li><li>Maintain recruitment dashboards and reports.</li></ul>Compliance &amp; HR Operations<ul><li>Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies (PF, ESI, gratuity, professional tax, etc.).</li><li>Maintain employee records, contracts, and statutory documentation.</li><li>Coordinate with payroll and accounts teams for monthly compliance submissions.</li><li>Support internal and external HR audits.</li><li>Implement and update HR policies as per regulatory requirements.</li></ul>Administration<ul><li>Oversee office administration, vendor coordination, and facility management.</li><li>Manage attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.</li><li>Handle employee engagement activities and internal communication.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, and compliance.</li><li>Working knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliances.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools.</li><li>Strong interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Exposure to startup or SME environments.</li><li>Experience handling HRMS systems.</li><li>Knowledge of payroll coordination and audit documentation.</li></ul>Why Join Us<ul><li>Opportunity to shape HR processes and policies.</li><li>Collaborative work culture with growth opportunities.</li><li>Exposure to both strategic and operational aspects of HR &amp; Admin.</li></ul>To apply, please send your resume and a brief cover letter to hr@featleap.comJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
