Job Title: HR & Admin Executive (Recruitment and Compliance)

Location: Malad, Mumbai
Salary Range: ₹4 – ₹5 LPA
Experience: 2 – 4 years

About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensure statutory and policy compliance, and handle key administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR operations and labour laws, coupled with excellent coordination and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.
  • Use job portals, social media, and other channels to attract top talent.
  • Conduct reference checks and ensure smooth joining formalities.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards and reports.

Compliance & HR Operations

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies (PF, ESI, gratuity, professional tax, etc.).
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and statutory documentation.
  • Coordinate with payroll and accounts teams for monthly compliance submissions.
  • Support internal and external HR audits.
  • Implement and update HR policies as per regulatory requirements.

Administration

  • Oversee office administration, vendor coordination, and facility management.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
  • Handle employee engagement activities and internal communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, and compliance.
  • Working knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliances.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to startup or SME environments.
  • Experience handling HRMS systems.
  • Knowledge of payroll coordination and audit documentation.
