Hiring: Senior QuickBooks Accountant (U.S. Clients)We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior QuickBooks Accountant to join our growing team and independently manage accounting operations for U.S.-based clients. This role is ideal for professionals with strong QuickBooks expertise, exposure to international accounting practices, and the ability to handle end-to-end accounting responsibilities.Role: Senior QuickBooks Accountant &ndash; U.S. Clients Experience: 4&ndash;5 YearsKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and maintain complete accounting records in QuickBooks, including AP, AR, expenses, payroll coordination, and bank/credit card reconciliations.</li><li>Oversee invoicing, payment tracking, aging analysis, and collections follow-ups.</li><li>Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.</li><li>Lead month-end and year-end closing activities with accuracy and timeliness.</li><li>Analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.</li><li>Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and client-specific requirements.</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for U.S.-based clients, ensuring timely reporting and clear communication.</li><li>Support process improvements, documentation, and best practices for accounting workflows.</li><li>Mentor or guide junior accountants, when required.</li></ul>Key Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.</li><li>4&ndash;5 years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably supporting U.S. or international clients.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.</li><li>Extensive experience using QuickBooks (Online/Desktop).</li><li>Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).</li><li>Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>QuickBooks Certification (preferred).</li><li>Experience in MIS reporting.</li><li>Prior exposure to U.S. accounting standards, processes, or international clients.</li><li>Experience working in a client-facing or outsourcing environment.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary package aligned with experience.</li><li>Opportunity to work closely with U.S.-based clients.</li><li>Supportive, growth-oriented, and collaborative work culture.</li><li>Flexible working hours aligned with client requirements.</li><li>Long-term career growth and learning opportunities.</li></ul>To ApplyPlease send your updated resume to hr@featleap.comJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹25,000.23 - ₹45,000.81 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
