Hiring: Senior QuickBooks Accountant (U.S. Clients)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior QuickBooks Accountant to join our growing team and independently manage accounting operations for U.S.-based clients. This role is ideal for professionals with strong QuickBooks expertise, exposure to international accounting practices, and the ability to handle end-to-end accounting responsibilities.

Role: Senior QuickBooks Accountant – U.S. Clients
Experience: 4–5 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain complete accounting records in QuickBooks, including AP, AR, expenses, payroll coordination, and bank/credit card reconciliations.
• Oversee invoicing, payment tracking, aging analysis, and collections follow-ups.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing activities with accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and client-specific requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for U.S.-based clients, ensuring timely reporting and clear communication.
• Support process improvements, documentation, and best practices for accounting workflows.
• Mentor or guide junior accountants, when required.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• 4–5 years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably supporting U.S. or international clients.
• Strong working knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Extensive experience using QuickBooks (Online/Desktop).
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.

Preferred Qualifications

• QuickBooks Certification (preferred).
• Experience in MIS reporting.
• Prior exposure to U.S. accounting standards, processes, or international clients.
• Experience working in a client-facing or outsourcing environment.
