We&rsquo;re growing our team and looking for skilled, passionate bakers to join our kitchen.Role OverviewAs a full-time baker at FEDE by Iman, you&rsquo;ll be responsible for producing high-quality baked goods consistently, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and assisting in daily bakery operations. You&rsquo;ll work closely with the head baker and team to prepare, bake, and package items according to FEDE&rsquo;s signature standards.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare, bake, and decorate bakery items such as cookies, madeleines, and tiramisu.</li><li>Follow FEDE by Iman recipes and maintain consistent quality and taste.</li><li>Ensure the kitchen and workspace are clean, sanitized, and organized at all times.</li><li>Maintain ingredient inventory and report shortages to management.</li><li>Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparation for delivery orders.</li><li>Work flexible shifts (morning/evening) based on production needs.</li><li>Follow all hygiene and food safety protocols.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>1&ndash;2 years of professional baking experience (preferably in a caf&eacute;, bakery, or restaurant).</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality.</li><li>Must be English-speaking with good communication skills.</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours.</li><li>Excellent personal and kitchen hygiene.</li><li>Team-oriented attitude and passion for artisanal desserts.</li></ul>CompensationSalary will be discussed during the interview, based on experience and skill level.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Internship Contract length: 6 monthsPay: From Rs30,000.00 per monthExpected hours: 40 &ndash; 60 per weekWork Location: In person
