FEDE by Iman is a micro bakery specializing in premium artisanal desserts — including signature cookies, French madeleines, and tiramisu — crafted with attention to detail, flavor, and presentation. We’re growing our team and looking for skilled, passionate bakers to join our kitchen.

Role Overview

As a full-time baker at FEDE by Iman, you’ll be responsible for producing high-quality baked goods consistently, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and assisting in daily bakery operations. You’ll work closely with the head baker and team to prepare, bake, and package items according to FEDE’s signature standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake, and decorate bakery items such as cookies, madeleines, and tiramisu.
• Follow FEDE by Iman recipes and maintain consistent quality and taste.
• Ensure the kitchen and workspace are clean, sanitized, and organized at all times.
• Maintain ingredient inventory and report shortages to management.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparation for delivery orders.
• Work flexible shifts (morning/evening) based on production needs.
• Follow all hygiene and food safety protocols.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of professional baking experience (preferably in a café, bakery, or restaurant).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality.
• Must be English-speaking with good communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours.
• Excellent personal and kitchen hygiene.
• Team-oriented attitude and passion for artisanal desserts.

Compensation

Salary will be discussed during the interview, based on experience and skill level.

Pay: From Rs30,000.00 per month
