Job Title: Video Producer &amp; Content StrategistWe are seeking a creative and data driven Video Producer &amp; Content Strategist to lead our social media presence from the ground up. The ideal candidate is a &ldquo;one person army&rdquo; who can brainstorm viral TikTok concepts, execute high quality shoots, edit high performing videos, and adapt content for Instagram (Reels), YouTube (Shorts), and Facebook. The candidate must have a proven track record of growing social media accounts and a deep understanding of platform specific algorithms.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead the entire creative process including creative direction, scriptwriting, storyboarding, filming, and post production.</li><li>Develop and execute a TikTok first strategy by staying ahead of trends, sounds, and cultural shifts to ensure the brand remains relevant and engaging.</li><li>Strategically repurpose and re edit TikTok content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook while optimizing each video for the specific audience and platform UI.</li><li>Analyze video performance metrics including watch time, engagement, and conversion to continuously improve content strategy.</li><li>Maintain a consistent brand voice and identity while pushing creative boundaries to achieve viral growth.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum of 3 plus years of experience in short form video production.</li><li>Proven portfolio of successful social media accounts. Candidates should provide handles or case studies.</li><li>Proficiency in professional editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro, as well as mobile first editing tools such as CapCut.</li><li>Strong storytelling and creative directing skills with the ability to create concepts that capture attention and stop the scroll.</li><li>In depth knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube algorithms including SEO for social media content.</li><li>Experience operating cameras including mirrorless, DSLR, and mobile filming setups.</li><li>Experience working with professional lighting setups and audio recording equipment.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience in [industry such as E commerce, Real Estate, or Tech].</li><li>Basic graphic design skills using tools such as Canva or Photoshop for thumbnails, overlays, and simple graphics.</li><li>Ability to appear on camera if needed or effectively direct on camera talent.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $25.00 per hourExpected hours: No more than 40.0 per weekAbility to Commute:<ul><li>Katy, TX 77494 (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Native proficiency in both Chinese and English; able to communicate fluently with U.S. consumers, influencers, and the China headquarters team.2. Highly self-driven and self-led, with strong curiosity, good at thinking and communicating with others, passionate about the apparel industry.3. Enthusiastic about online surfing, very familiar with the hot trends on major U.S. social media platforms (INS/TIKTOK/FACEBOOK/YOUTUBE), and have a certain understanding of influencers on each platform.4.
