Job Summary
Market Trend Insight & Demand Mining (Insight & Analysis):
Plan and execute the brand's annual/quarterly/monthly consumer and market research, including but not limited to information collection and analysis, questionnaire design and distribution, consumer interview invitation, competitor and market analysis, exhibition trend research, etc.; conduct in-depth research on market trends (primarily in North America for the time being), competitor dynamics, and consumer behavior; identify "unmet pain points" from massive data and output forward-looking market opportunity reports.
Product Lifecycle Support & USP Translation (Product Strategy): Participate in the entire product lifecycle management from new product definition to discontinuation; translate research conclusions into old product optimization plans, new product design plans, selling points and copywriting; coordinate with the Brand Department and Product Department colleagues to ensure that market insights are 100% accurately reflected in product sampling, Listing pages and promotional materials.
Cross-departmental Collaboration & Plan Closure (Execution & Feedback): Efficiently collaborate with the Product Department and Brand Department to promote the implementation of insight plans; be responsible for tracking market feedback after new product launches, regularly review the deviation between research conclusions and actual sales volume, and quickly iterate subsequent research strategies.

Requirements
1. Native proficiency in both Chinese and English; able to communicate fluently with U.S. consumers, influencers, and the China headquarters team.
2. Highly self-driven and self-led, with strong curiosity, good at thinking and communicating with others, passionate about the apparel industry.
3. Enthusiastic about online surfing, very familiar with the hot trends on major U.S. social media platforms (INS/TIKTOK/FACEBOOK/YOUTUBE), and have a certain understanding of influencers on each platform.
4. Based at Feelingirl’s Houston office; able to attend regular cross-time-zone meetings with the China headquarters.
5. Candidates with relevant market research experience are preferred.
Pay: $4,500.00 per month
