</p><p><b>What is your role</b><br>
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Executive &ndash; Sea Export Operations to manage and coordinate end-to-end sea export shipments. The ideal candidate will have 3&ndash;4 years of relevant experience, with a solid understanding of shipping line coordination, documentation, stuffing procedures, and regulatory filings such as ENS, AMS, and AFR.</p>

Job responsibilities</b>:<br>
<ul><li>Coordinate with shippers, transporters, CHAs, and shipping lines to ensure smooth execution of export shipments.</li><li>Place bookings with shipping lines and follow-up for confirmation and scheduling.</li><li>Follow up shippers for Shipping Instructions (SI) and Bill of Lading (BL) processing.</li><li>Manage and oversee dock stuffing and factory stuffing processes as per shipment requirements.</li><li>Prepare and raise Debit Notes to clients in a timely and accurate manner.</li><li>Maintain and update the Daily Status Report (DSR).</li><li>Coordinate with shippers, transporters, CHAs, and shipping lines to ensure smooth execution of export shipments.</li><li>Place bookings with shipping lines and follow-up for confirmation and scheduling.</li></ul></div>

What are we seeking for</b>:<br>
<ul><li>Should be fluent in English &amp; Hindi.</li><li>A smiling face, a healthy mind and body, and a positive attitude are a must.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal Skills.</li><li>Experience with Freight Forwarding Companies.</li><li>Knowledge of ENS, AMS &amp; AFR Filing.
