Position: Sr. Executive Sea Export CS & Ops (Mumbai)
Location: Andheri | Mumbai
Job Description:
What is your role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Executive – Sea Export Operations to manage and coordinate end-to-end sea export shipments. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of relevant experience, with a solid understanding of shipping line coordination, documentation, stuffing procedures, and regulatory filings such as ENS, AMS, and AFR.
- Coordinate with shippers, transporters, CHAs, and shipping lines to ensure smooth execution of export shipments.
- Place bookings with shipping lines and follow-up for confirmation and scheduling.
- Follow up shippers for Shipping Instructions (SI) and Bill of Lading (BL) processing.
- Manage and oversee dock stuffing and factory stuffing processes as per shipment requirements.
- Prepare and raise Debit Notes to clients in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain and update the Daily Status Report (DSR).
- Coordinate with shippers, transporters, CHAs, and shipping lines to ensure smooth execution of export shipments.
- Place bookings with shipping lines and follow-up for confirmation and scheduling.
- Should be fluent in English & Hindi.
- A smiling face, a healthy mind and body, and a positive attitude are a must.
- Strong communication and interpersonal Skills.
- Experience with Freight Forwarding Companies.
- Knowledge of ENS, AMS & AFR Filing.
Experience – 3-4 years
Salary – 3 – 4 LPA
Education Qualification: Graduate preferred
