We are a small, growing construction company seeking a reliable and organized individual to assist with construction billing, estimate follow-ups, and customer communication.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Follow up on submitted estimates and proposals</li><li>Track leads and maintain communication with prospective clients</li><li>Assist with construction billing, including AIA billing formats</li><li>Coordinate payment follow-ups with general contractors and clients</li><li>Maintain organized records and job documentation</li><li>Work closely with the owner and estimator to support daily operations</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience with construction billing preferred</li><li>Familiarity with AIA billing is a plus</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li><li>Proficient with email, spreadsheets, and basic office software</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely</li></ul>Position Details:<ul><li>Part-time position</li><li>Semi-remote / work-from-home opportunity</li><li>Approximately 1&ndash;2 days per week</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Competitive pay based on experience</li></ul>If you are detail-oriented, professional, and interested in growing with a construction company, we would love to hear from you.Job Type: Part-timePay: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 per yearWork Location: Hybrid remote in Sayville, NY 11782
