We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Legal Secretary/Receptionist to join our team and help us continue delivering excellent service to our clients.Responsibilities<ul><li>Welcome clients and visitors, providing a friendly and professional first impression</li><li>Answer, screen, and route phone calls and emails promptly</li><li>Schedule consultations, client meetings, and court dates</li><li>Draft, edit, and format immigration forms, letters, and legal documents</li><li>Maintain organized case files and update client records</li><li>Assist attorneys and paralegals with administrative support</li><li>Manage incoming/outgoing mail, scanning, and filing of immigration documents</li><li>Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Prior experience in an immigration law office or legal setting preferred</li><li>Knowledge of USCIS forms and immigration procedures a plus</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) required</li><li>Professional demeanor and ability to work well under pressure</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience</li><li>Opportunities for training and career growth in immigration law</li><li>Supportive, team-oriented environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeExpected hours: 40 per weekWork Location: In person
