Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Full Time Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the heart of the bar experience, crafting exceptional drinks, delivering outstanding customer service, and creating memorable moments for our guests. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your mixology skills while ensuring every guest feels valued and satisfied.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.</li><li>Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote sales of drinks and bar offerings.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, tools, and supplies, following food safety and sanitation standards.</li><li>Manage cash handling, POS transactions using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, accurately processing orders and payments.</li><li>Monitor guest behavior to ensure a safe environment, especially during busy nightclub or banquet events, intervening when necessary.</li><li>Restock bar inventory efficiently by tracking supplies and communicating needs to management promptly.</li><li>Follow all food safety regulations related to food handling, beverage service, and overall cleanliness to ensure compliance with health standards.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated ability in serving alcohol responsibly while maintaining excellent customer service skills.</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems (Toast) for order processing and cash handling.</li><li>Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety practices related to food handling and beverage service.</li><li>Experience with retail math for cash handling and sales tracking is advantageous.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special event days in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
