Full Time Bartender

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote sales of drinks and bar offerings.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, tools, and supplies, following food safety and sanitation standards.
• Manage cash handling, POS transactions using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, accurately processing orders and payments.
• Monitor guest behavior to ensure a safe environment, especially during busy nightclub or banquet events, intervening when necessary.
• Restock bar inventory efficiently by tracking supplies and communicating needs to management promptly.
• Follow all food safety regulations related to food handling, beverage service, and overall cleanliness to ensure compliance with health standards.

Experience

• Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability in serving alcohol responsibly while maintaining excellent customer service skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems (Toast) for order processing and cash handling.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Knowledge of food safety practices related to food handling and beverage service.
• Experience with retail math for cash handling and sales tracking is advantageous.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special event days in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
