We are looking for bartenders / barback to join our team.
Join our vibrant team as a bar tender / bar back, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this dynamic role, you’ll support the bar operation by ensuring a clean, well-stocked environment while delivering exceptional service. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will be vital in maintaining a lively, efficient atmosphere in our nightclub or hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders through our POS system, including handling cash.
• Pour beer, cider and wine as required, make mixed beer-based beverages.
• Check IDs and maintain awareness of activity in all areas of the bar/taproom and patios.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including cleaning glasses, utensils, and work surfaces to uphold health and safety standards.
• Support our kitchen as needed, including food delivery and bussing
• Ensure proper food handling and safety procedures are followed during all aspects of service.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the taproom, bathrooms and other customer areas.

Qualifications

• Previous experience bar tending, especially with brewery/beer bar experience.
• Knowledge of beer and brewing processes preferred.
• Experience with food handling, bussing, serving, or barista duties demonstrates versatility and readiness for this role.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential.
• A positive attitude combined with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work quickly in a busy environment.
• Must be able to lift 55lb and maneuver 165lb kegs
• You should love beer!

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
