JJob OverviewWe are looking for bartenders / barback to join our team. Join our vibrant team as a bar tender / bar back, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this dynamic role, you&rsquo;ll support the bar operation by ensuring a clean, well-stocked environment while delivering exceptional service. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will be vital in maintaining a lively, efficient atmosphere in our nightclub or hospitality setting.Responsibilities<ul><li>Take food and beverage orders through our POS system, including handling cash.</li><li>Pour beer, cider and wine as required, make mixed beer-based beverages.</li><li>Check IDs and maintain awareness of activity in all areas of the bar/taproom and patios.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including cleaning glasses, utensils, and work surfaces to uphold health and safety standards.</li><li>Support our kitchen as needed, including food delivery and bussing</li><li>Ensure proper food handling and safety procedures are followed during all aspects of service.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of the taproom, bathrooms and other customer areas.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience bar tending, especially with brewery/beer bar experience.</li><li>Knowledge of beer and brewing processes preferred.</li><li>Experience with food handling, bussing, serving, or barista duties demonstrates versatility and readiness for this role.</li><li>Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential.</li><li>A positive attitude combined with excellent customer service skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work quickly in a busy environment.</li><li>Must be able to lift 55lb and maneuver 165lb kegs</li><li>You should love beer!</li></ul>Pay: From $17.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
