Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Lead and motivate the sales team to exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.</li>
<li>Manage inventory, pricing, merchandising, and reconditioning processes.</li>
<li>Appraise trade-ins and ensure profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Train, coach, and develop sales staff to maximize performance.</li>
<li>Work closely with F&amp;I, service, and marketing departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.</li>
<li>Maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity, and compliance with all regulations.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Minimum 3 years of automotive sales management experience.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of vehicle operations, inventory management, and desking deals.</li>
<li>Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.</li>
<li>Proficiency with CRM systems and dealership software (VinSolutions, Dealertrack, VAuto).</li>
<li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and clean driving record.</li>
<li>Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test.</li>
</ul>
