Are you a driven leader with a passion for the automotive industry and a proven track record in car sales? Ferman Volvo of Tarpon Springs a trusted and growing dealership, is looking for a Sales Manager to take our new vehicle department to the next level!

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
• Manage inventory, pricing, merchandising, and reconditioning processes.
• Appraise trade-ins and ensure profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Train, coach, and develop sales staff to maximize performance.
• Work closely with F&I, service, and marketing departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity, and compliance with all regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of automotive sales management experience.
• Strong understanding of vehicle operations, inventory management, and desking deals.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and dealership software (VinSolutions, Dealertrack, VAuto).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test.
