Job SummaryWe are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with 2&ndash;3 years of experience in React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and familiarity with DevOps and AI tools. The ideal candidate should be able to handle end-to-end development, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality, scalable applications.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and maintain web applications using React.js, Next.js, and Node.js.</li><li>Build reusable UI components and integrate APIs efficiently.</li><li>Implement SSR, SSG, and routing using Next.js.</li><li>Manage backend logic with Node.js (Express.js).</li><li>Translate UI/UX designs into responsive and high-performance front-end code.</li><li>Handle server deployments, CI/CD, and basic DevOps operations.</li><li>Work on VPS/Cloud hosting environments including backups and performance monitoring.</li><li>Integrate AI tools or automation features to improve development workflows.</li><li>Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.</li><li>Debug, troubleshoot, and maintain code quality.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>2&ndash;3 years of experience with React.js, Next.js, Node.js.</li><li>Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.</li><li>Experience with Express.js, REST APIs, and database systems (MongoDB/MySQL).</li><li>Good understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions/GitLab CI/Jenkins, VPS/Cloud deployment, server monitoring and maintenance, and basic Docker/containerization.</li><li>Familiarity with AWS/Google Cloud/DigitalOcean.</li><li>Experience with real-time applications (Socket.io) and responsive UI development.</li><li>Knowledge of security best practices, performance optimization, and code splitting.</li><li>Familiarity with AI tools, automation tools, or AI integrations (e.g., OpenAI).</li><li>Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.</li></ul>Preferred Candidate Location<ul><li>Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala</li><li>Onsite work only</li></ul>Application ProcessAll applications will be reviewed, and shortlisted candidates will be contacted via phone or email for the interview process.How to ApplySend your resume to jobs@ferns-it.com with the subject line: &ldquo;Full Stack Developer Vacancy &ndash; IN-DEC2025&rdquo;Job Type: Full-timePay: From &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: In person
