Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with 2–3 years of experience in React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and familiarity with DevOps and AI tools. The ideal candidate should be able to handle end-to-end development, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality, scalable applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using React.js, Next.js, and Node.js.
• Build reusable UI components and integrate APIs efficiently.
• Implement SSR, SSG, and routing using Next.js.
• Manage backend logic with Node.js (Express.js).
• Translate UI/UX designs into responsive and high-performance front-end code.
• Handle server deployments, CI/CD, and basic DevOps operations.
• Work on VPS/Cloud hosting environments including backups and performance monitoring.
• Integrate AI tools or automation features to improve development workflows.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and maintain code quality.

Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience with React.js, Next.js, Node.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience with Express.js, REST APIs, and database systems (MongoDB/MySQL).
• Good understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions/GitLab CI/Jenkins, VPS/Cloud deployment, server monitoring and maintenance, and basic Docker/containerization.
• Familiarity with AWS/Google Cloud/DigitalOcean.
• Experience with real-time applications (Socket.io) and responsive UI development.
• Knowledge of security best practices, performance optimization, and code splitting.
• Familiarity with AI tools, automation tools, or AI integrations (e.g., OpenAI).
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.
