Role ObjectiveOwn end-to-end operations and supply chain&mdash;from procurement and manufacturing to inventory planning, order fulfilment, and returns&mdash;ensuring zero stock-outs, minimal wastage, and smooth daily execution.Key Responsibilities1️ Procurement &amp; Vendor Management<ul><li>Coordinate with manufacturers, packaging vendors, and raw material suppliers Negotiate pricing, MOQs, lead times, and payment terms Maintain vendor rate cards &amp; SLAs Identify backup vendors to reduce dependency risk</li></ul>2️ Production Planning &amp; Inventory Control<ul><li>Create monthly &amp; weekly production plans based on sales forecasts Track raw material &amp; finished goods inventory Ensure optimal stock levels (no overstock / no stock-outs) Monitor expiry, leakage, damage, slow-moving SKUs</li></ul>3️ Order Fulfilment &amp; Logistics<ul><li>Manage order processing across Amazon, Nykaa, website, quick commerce Coordinate with courier partners Ensure on-time dispatch &amp; delivery TAT Reduce RTO, returns, and lost shipments</li></ul>4️ Marketplace Operations Support<ul><li>Coordinate with marketplace managers for:o Stock replenishment (FBA / Nykaa warehouses)o Inwarding &amp; GRN follow-ups Ensure barcode, labelling, and compliance readiness</li></ul>5️ Quality Control &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Maintain batch tracking, MRP, manufacturing &amp; expiry records Ensure quality checks before dispatch Support regulatory compliance (labels, invoices, GST docs)</li></ul>6️ Cost Control &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Track landing cost per SKU Identify cost-saving opportunities in packaging, logistics &amp; procurement Share weekly ops reports:o Inventory ageingo Fulfilment TATo Damages &amp; returnso Stock cover days</li></ul>Key KPIs (Performance Metrics)<ul><li>Stock-out rate (%) Inventory ageing (% &gt; 90 days) Order fulfilment TAT Dispatch accuracy Cost per order Return &amp; damage %</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From ₹12,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
