We supply superior-quality doors and UPVC &amp; Aluminum Windows to clients in Kerala, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu.Job description:Our company is seeking to hire a Area Sales Officer who will be responsible for delivering consistent sales every month in Major Projects and retail network of distributors, direct dealers, and sub-dealers. The candidate is expected to achieve sales and exceed the targets by visiting/touring the assigned territory.&middot; Deriving sales through our retail network of distributors, direct dealers, and sub-dealers&middot; Scheme communication to target dealers, direct dealers, and distributors.&middot; Follow up inquiries and convert them to sales.&middot; Coordinating with the back-end sales coordinator for payment processing and closure. Monitor outstanding amounts for distributors and direct dealers&middot; Market analysis and competitor study for identifying new sub-dealers/direct dealers and distributors.&middot; Assist sub-dealer/direct dealer and distributor in complaint resolution.&middot; Monitoring and managing new dealer performance&middot; Evaluating the branding potential at dealer sites to maximize visibility&middot; Achieve set targets&middot; Submit weekly reports to Head of Department / Senior ManagementKey skills/ requirements:<ul><li>Excellent written &amp; verbal communication skills in English are essential.</li><li>Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills are essential.</li><li>Good interpersonal skills, presentable personality, energetic and enthusiastic about learning new things.</li><li>Self-motivated, disciplined &amp; driven &ndash; work well in a team as well as autonomously.</li><li>Role requires extensive traveling within prescribed region and willingness to travel at short notice.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>total work: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In personJob Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherWork Location: TrivandrumJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
