We&rsquo;re looking for a Restaurant Manager who can lead with passion, precision, and presence on the floor.Location: Dubai, UAE Position: Full-Time Salary: Competitive, based on experience Start Date: ImmediateRole Overview:As the Restaurant Manager, you will be the face of the restaurant and the guardian of its service excellence. You&rsquo;ll oversee daily operations, lead the front-of-house team, and work closely with culinary leadership to deliver a seamless fine dining experience. You will embody the brand&rsquo;s ethos of understated sophistication and guest-first thinking.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee and coordinate daily front-of-house operations.</li><li>Lead, motivate, and train the service team to meet luxury hospitality standards.</li><li>Ensure flawless guest experiences &mdash; from greeting to farewell.</li><li>Maintain high standards of hygiene, service quality, and presentation.</li><li>Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow.</li><li>Manage reservations, floor plans, and VIP guest handling.</li><li>Track and optimize sales performance, upselling, and revenue management.</li><li>Handle customer feedback professionally and effectively.</li><li>Maintain stock control, staff scheduling, and operational budgets.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality.</li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills.</li><li>Deep understanding of guest relations and luxury service etiquette.</li><li>Proven experience managing a multicultural team.</li><li>Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Fluent in English; Arabic or European language proficiency is a plus.</li><li>Must be based in or willing to relocate to Dubai.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.</li><li>Opportunity to be part of a concept that celebrates craftsmanship and creativity.</li><li>Growth opportunities within an expanding hospitality group.</li><li>Supportive management culture and professional development programs.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
