We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager who can lead with passion, precision, and presence on the floor.

Role Overview:

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be the face of the restaurant and the guardian of its service excellence. You’ll oversee daily operations, lead the front-of-house team, and work closely with culinary leadership to deliver a seamless fine dining experience. You will embody the brand’s ethos of understated sophistication and guest-first thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate daily front-of-house operations.
• Lead, motivate, and train the service team to meet luxury hospitality standards.
• Ensure flawless guest experiences — from greeting to farewell.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, service quality, and presentation.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow.
• Manage reservations, floor plans, and VIP guest handling.
• Track and optimize sales performance, upselling, and revenue management.
• Handle customer feedback professionally and effectively.
• Maintain stock control, staff scheduling, and operational budgets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of guest relations and luxury service etiquette.
• Proven experience managing a multicultural team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or European language proficiency is a plus.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Dubai.
