We are currently looking for a talented and experienced CNC Mill Machinist Setup/Operator to join our team.Ferrera Tooling offers a competitive benefits package to all full-time employees, including health, vision, dental, 401(k), life insurance, and more.This is a full-time, first-shift position, scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with regular overtime opportunities available.Qualified candidates should have broad experience in manufacturing and CNC machining processes, including:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of G-code and M-code, feeds and speeds, and general machining practices</li><li>Experience operating multi-axis vertical and horizontal mills</li><li>5-axis machining experience is preferred</li><li>A consistent focus on improving quality and increasing process efficiency</li><li>In-depth knowledge of metrology instruments and proper inspection techniques</li><li>Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment</li></ul>Minimum requirements:<ul><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation</li><li>Dependable attendance and punctuality</li><li>At least 18 years of age</li><li>Ability to perform inspections using specialized equipment and accurately document results</li></ul>Pay: $16.00 - $35.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What does GD&amp;T mean, and how is it used in engineering design and manufacturing?</li><li>What are two challenges or inefficiencies you have noticed in the CNC machining processes or equipment you have worked with?</li><li>Based on your experience with machining tools or manufacturing methods, what two improvements would you suggest to increase efficiency or improve quality?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
