CNC Mill Machinist Operator

Ferrera Tooling Inc. is a respected manufacturing company seeking skilled professionals to support our rapidly growing operation. As an AS9100-certified organization, we specialize in the Aerospace, Space, and Amusement industries. We are currently looking for a talented and experienced CNC Mill Machinist Setup/Operator to join our team.

This is a full-time, first-shift position, scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with regular overtime opportunities available.

Qualified candidates should have broad experience in manufacturing and CNC machining processes, including:

• Strong knowledge of G-code and M-code, feeds and speeds, and general machining practices
• Experience operating multi-axis vertical and horizontal mills
• 5-axis machining experience is preferred
• A consistent focus on improving quality and increasing process efficiency
• In-depth knowledge of metrology instruments and proper inspection techniques
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Minimum requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to perform inspections using specialized equipment and accurately document results

Pay: $16.00 - $35.00 per hour
