FETCHERS is a dog Boarding, Daycare, and Grooming facility located just off of 32nd Ave S on 39th st S in Fargo.Fetchers has large fenced-in outdoor play areas where dogs can run, play, and socialize together. There is also an indoor play area to accommodate all types of dogs and weather conditions. Fetchers is a very active and social kennel. We&rsquo;re searching for a dedicated team member who is not just looking for a job, but is wanting to build a long-term career in the animal care industry and grow alongside our team.The Receptionist will be skilled in delivering excellent customer service, demonstrating strong teamwork, and supporting Fetchers in various areas of the business. This position is the first point of contact for clients that plays a key role in ensuring a high-quality experience for both the dogs and their owners. This professional will welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner while performing a range of reception duties.Responsible For:<ul><li>Planning and organization of daily operations</li><li>Demonstrating a positive culture and attitude</li><li>Professional and caring communication internally and externally</li><li>Scheduling daycare, boarding, and grooming reservations</li><li>Checking dogs in and out for daycare, boarding, and grooming</li><li>Interacting with customers- Selling and explaining services to new clients</li><li>Maintaining vaccination records</li><li>Handling payments- Taking phone calls</li><li>Handling incoming and outgoing emails</li><li>Administrative tasks</li><li>Cleaning and maintaining a neat and orderly customer reception area</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Canine or Large Animal Care: 1 year (preferred)</li><li>Administrative/Reception Experience: 1 year (preferred)</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly, outgoing, and client-focused demeanor.</li><li>Thrives in a busy, team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.</li></ul>Availability &amp; Hours: Fetchers operates Monday - Friday from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Sundays from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM.This position requires availability for weekends and holidays.Potential Shifts:<ul><li>6:00/6:15 AM &ndash; 2:00 PM</li><li>10:30 AM &ndash; 6:00 PM</li><li>12:00/1:30 PM &ndash; 7:30 PM</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>Monday to Friday</li><li>Weekend availability</li><li>Work Location: In person</li><li>Pay will depend on experience.
