 projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of Fiba Group&rsquo;s social investment agenda, driving measurable impact and long-term sustainability across key initiatives.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in relevant fields (Sociology, Psychology, Education, Business Administration or other related fields),
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous professional experience in social impact, foundations, NGOs, CSR, sustainability, or large-scale social investment programs,
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in managing multi-stakeholder projects involving public institutions, universities, civil society, and corporate structures,
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to monitor, evaluate, and improve the efficiency and impact of social programs,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; capable of identifying root causes and developing actionable solutions,
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to independently lead projects end-to-end with a high sense of ownership,
 </li>
 <li>
 Resilient, proactive, and solution-oriented personality with strong execution capability,
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to travel as required.

 Job Description
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and execute strategies to enhance the social impact, efficiency, and sustainability of Fiba Group&rsquo;s social investments,
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and evaluate the utilization, operational effectiveness, and impact performance of existing assets and programs; conduct on-site assessments and stakeholder meetings when required,
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze capacity gaps or underutilized resources, identify root causes, and develop data-driven improvement plans,
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct research and feasibility assessments for potential new focus areas within the Group&rsquo;s social investment strategy,
 </li>
 <li>
 Initiate, develop, and manage cross-sector collaborations with public authorities, universities, and civil society organizations,
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as a bridge between Fiba and key academic and institutional partners in the development and execution of joint social impact initiatives,
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and integrate communication strategies and action plans for Fiba&rsquo;s social institutions within the Corporate Communications framework.
 </li>
