 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 4 years of relevant professional experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, consulting, or high-growth technology businesses
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent command of MS Excel and presentation tools; experience in building and understanding complex financial models is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
 </li>

 Job Description

 Evaluate investment opportunities across various industries
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare investment memos and presentation materials to support the Investment Committee
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze growth potential, sustainability, and key risks of new and existing businesses from macro and micro perspectives
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop financial models, conduct sensitivity analyses, and assess valuation under various capital structures and investment scenarios
 </li>
 <li>
 Support financial and operational due diligence, including reviewing financial statements, deal structures, and economics
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to strategic and operational projects of subsidiaries by supporting the tracking of key milestones and ensuring accurate reporting
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in communications with financial institutions regarding project and acquisition financing processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct research on projects, industries, and companies, sharing insights with the team
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, occasionally taking independent responsibility in interactions
