We are seeking a teammate to join our Fiba Holding Corporate Communications team with the opportunity to work directly on Fiba Group’s social investments projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of Fiba Group’s social investment agenda, driving measurable impact and long-term sustainability across key initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields (Sociology, Psychology, Education, Business Administration or other related fields),
• Previous professional experience in social impact, foundations, NGOs, CSR, sustainability, or large-scale social investment programs,
• Proven experience in managing multi-stakeholder projects involving public institutions, universities, civil society, and corporate structures,
• Demonstrated ability to monitor, evaluate, and improve the efficiency and impact of social programs,
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; capable of identifying root causes and developing actionable solutions,
• Ability to independently lead projects end-to-end with a high sense of ownership,
• Resilient, proactive, and solution-oriented personality with strong execution capability,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,
• Willingness to travel as required.

Job Description

• Develop and execute strategies to enhance the social impact, efficiency, and sustainability of Fiba Group’s social investments,
• Monitor and evaluate the utilization, operational effectiveness, and impact performance of existing assets and programs; conduct on-site assessments and stakeholder meetings when required,
• Analyze capacity gaps or underutilized resources, identify root causes, and develop data-driven improvement plans,
• Conduct research and feasibility assessments for potential new focus areas within the Group’s social investment strategy,
• Initiate, develop, and manage cross-sector collaborations with public authorities, universities, and civil society organizations,
• Act as a bridge between Fiba and key academic and institutional partners in the development and execution of joint social impact initiatives,
• Lead and integrate communication strategies and action plans for Fiba’s social institutions within the Corporate Communications framework.
