Adminstrative Assistant PositionMonday &ndash; Friday, 8:30am &ndash; 5:00pm (7.5 work week) Pay: Range based on experience and benefits packageDUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Answer incoming phone calls and emails in a timely manner</li><li>Assist escrow officers with needed tasks</li><li>Scanning documents</li><li>Emailing title documents to expedite smooth closings</li><li>Communication with multiple parties involved in closing transactions</li></ul>EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE<ul><li>Customer service and clerical experience</li><li>High school diploma or higher preferred</li><li>Title insurance or related industry experience a plus</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>Basic computer skills: Microsoft Windows XP - Outlook, Word, &amp; Excel</li><li>Must live in the area - this is not a remote position</li><li>Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to learn and manage office machines: copier, fax, mail, etc.</li><li>Multi-line phone skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Ability to multi-task</li><li>Strong work ethic and a positive attitude</li><li>Team player / ability to work well with others</li><li>Strong problem solving and analytical skills, with an extreme attention to detail</li></ul>Benefits: <ul><li>Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental &amp; Vision) &ndash; after 3 months trial period</li><li>Paid Time Off (Vacation &amp; Public Holidays)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
