The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in marketing and communications, a true extrovert! This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively engage with diverse audiences, manage outreach campaigns, and drive community engagement through innovative digital and traditional marketing efforts.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive community outreach strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.</li><li>Utilize SEO techniques to optimize online content for maximum visibility and reach.</li><li>Manage social media marketing efforts across various platforms, including Facebook Advertising, to foster community interaction.</li><li>Oversee multichannel marketing campaigns that integrate digital marketing, print advertising, and email marketing.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify community needs and develop targeted outreach programs.</li><li>Manage budgets for outreach initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.</li><li>Publisher or Canva for the creation of engaging visual content that supports outreach efforts.</li><li>Implement marketing automation tools to streamline communication with community members and professional partners.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in community outreach, marketing, or related fields.</li><li>Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies including performance marketing.</li><li>Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships within the community.</li><li>A creative mindset with proficiency in Canva for content creation.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
