The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in marketing and communications, a true extrovert! This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively engage with diverse audiences, manage outreach campaigns, and drive community engagement through innovative digital and traditional marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive community outreach strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
• Utilize SEO techniques to optimize online content for maximum visibility and reach.
• Manage social media marketing efforts across various platforms, including Facebook Advertising, to foster community interaction.
• Oversee multichannel marketing campaigns that integrate digital marketing, print advertising, and email marketing.
• Conduct market research to identify community needs and develop targeted outreach programs.
• Manage budgets for outreach initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Publisher or Canva for the creation of engaging visual content that supports outreach efforts.
• Implement marketing automation tools to streamline communication with community members and professional partners.

Requirements

• Proven experience in community outreach, marketing, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies including performance marketing.
• Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships within the community.
• A creative mindset with proficiency in Canva for content creation.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
