Preschool Lead Teacher &ndash; Christian In-Home PreschoolLebanon, TN | Part-Time (2&ndash;3 days per week, 15&ndash;22 hours/week)About the PositionWe are seeking a dedicated, Christ-centered Preschool Lead Teacher to help launch and lead a small, faith-based in-home preschool in Lebanon, TN. This unique program combines Christian curriculum, outdoor learning, and a nature-focused, screen-free environment to nurture the hearts and minds of young children.Our goal is to create a warm, peaceful, and engaging atmosphere where children can explore God&rsquo;s creation, develop strong moral character, and build a love for learning through play and discovery.Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead a small group of preschool-aged children in a safe, nurturing, Christ-centered environment</li><li>Implement and adapt a Christian-based curriculum that integrates biblical principles, hands-on learning, and nature exploration</li><li>Encourage curiosity, creativity, and independence using Montessori-inspired and classical education methods</li><li>Foster positive communication with parents and collaborate with the program director to ensure excellence in care and education</li><li>Create daily routines and lesson plans that include prayer, stories, music, crafts, and outdoor play</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming learning space</li><li>Model Christian values and provide spiritual guidance through everyday interactions</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Passion for working with children and helping them grow spiritually, socially, and academically</li><li>Strong Christian faith and commitment to modeling Christlike character</li><li>Reliable, responsible, and professional with excellent communication and organizational skills</li><li>Experience in early childhood education or child development preferred</li><li>CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)</li><li>Must pass a background check</li><li>A love for nature and outdoor play-based learning is a must!</li></ul>Schedule &amp; Compensation<ul><li>Part-time: 2&ndash;3 days per week (approximately 15&ndash;22 hours/week)</li><li>Commission-based pay structure per enrolled child</li><li>Opportunity for growth as the preschool expands</li></ul>Ideal CandidateYou are dependable, joyful, and called to teach young children about the love of Jesus.
