Applications without relevant BPO or outsourcing experience will not be considered.Operations &amp; Process Management- Implement and improve BPO operational processes and SOPs- Track project milestones and ensure on-time delivery of accounting/bookkeeping/tax work- Coordinate during US tax season and other peak periods- Maintain quality control standards for all outsourced finance/accounting deliverablesBilling &amp; Administration- Assist with client invoicing, billing reconciliation, and collections follow-up- Maintain CRM records and client documentation- Prepare operational reports for leadershipRequirementsMust Have:- 3+ years of experience in BPO, outsourcing, or offshoring operations (finance and accounting BPO strongly preferred)- Proven experience managing or overseeing remote/overseas teams, specifically in India or South Asia- Strong understanding of US accounting, bookkeeping, or tax preparation workflows- Excellent communication skills - ability to work across cultures and time zones- Experience with client relationship management in a service delivery or outsourcing environment- Self-starter who can work independently in a remote settingThe RoleAs our Client Operations Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for US-based clients while overseeing and coordinating with our finance and accounting delivery teams based in India and other countries. This is a hands-on operational role that requires someone with direct experience in BPO or outsourced finance/accounting services.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Management &amp; Communication- Serve as the main point of contact for US-based CPA firms and business clients- Manage client onboarding, expectations, and ongoing relationships- Conduct regular check-ins and ensure client satisfaction with deliverables- Handle escalations and resolve service issues promptlyOverseas Team Oversight &amp; Coordination- Directly oversee and coordinate with finance/accounting employees based in India and other countries- Monitor team productivity, work quality, and turnaround times across time zones- Conduct daily/weekly check-ins with overseas team leads- Ensure smooth workflow between US clients and overseas delivery teams- Manage task assignments, deadlines, and capacity planning for offshore staffAbout FinAcct TechnologiesFinAcct Technologies Inc. is a US-based BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) firm specializing in finance and accounting outsourcing services.
