- Implement and improve BPO operational processes and SOPs

- Track project milestones and ensure on-time delivery of accounting/bookkeeping/tax work

- Coordinate during US tax season and other peak periods

- Maintain quality control standards for all outsourced finance/accounting deliverables

- Assist with client invoicing, billing reconciliation, and collections follow-up

- Maintain CRM records and client documentation

- Prepare operational reports for leadership

Requirements

Must Have:

- 3+ years of experience in BPO, outsourcing, or offshoring operations (finance and accounting BPO strongly preferred)

- Proven experience managing or overseeing remote/overseas teams, specifically in India or South Asia

- Strong understanding of US accounting, bookkeeping, or tax preparation workflows

- Excellent communication skills - ability to work across cultures and time zones

- Experience with client relationship management in a service delivery or outsourcing environment

- Self-starter who can work independently in a remote settingThe Role

As our Client Operations Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for US-based clients while overseeing and coordinating with our finance and accounting delivery teams based in India and other countries. This is a hands-on operational role that requires someone with direct experience in BPO or outsourced finance/accounting services.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management & Communication

- Serve as the main point of contact for US-based CPA firms and business clients

- Manage client onboarding, expectations, and ongoing relationships

- Conduct regular check-ins and ensure client satisfaction with deliverables

- Handle escalations and resolve service issues promptly

Overseas Team Oversight & Coordination

- Directly oversee and coordinate with finance/accounting employees based in India and other countries

- Monitor team productivity, work quality, and turnaround times across time zones

- Conduct daily/weekly check-ins with overseas team leads

- Ensure smooth workflow between US clients and overseas delivery teams

- Manage task assignments, deadlines, and capacity planning for offshore staffAbout FinAcct Technologies

We provide bookkeeping, tax preparation, CAS (Client Accounting Services), and back-office financial operations to US-based CPA firms and businesses. Our delivery team operates from India and other countries, and we are looking for a US-based Client Operations Manager to bridge the gap between our US clients and our overseas delivery teams.

Pay: $38,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
