Job PurposeTo perform operational and analytical tasks related to 401(k) / Defined Contribution plan administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and quality in all deliverables.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform administrative functions for Defined Contribution (DC) plans in accordance with plan provisions and regulations.</li><li>Maintain and update participant census and plan data.</li><li>Calculate plan contributions such as Profit Sharing, Matching, Safe Harbor Match, and Safe Harbor Non-Elective contributions.</li><li>Conduct compliance testing, including Non-Discrimination, Top-Heavy, Coverage, and Compensation tests.</li><li>Handle trust accounting, reconciliations, participant loans, and distribution transactions.</li><li>Identify receivables and calculate investment gains/losses.</li><li>Assist in preparing and reviewing Form 5500 and related schedules.</li><li>Research plan data discrepancies and draft client queries where required.</li></ul>Operational Responsibilities<ul><li>Support team members during peak workloads to achieve team goals.</li><li>Review and validate plan calculations and reports for accuracy.</li><li>Identify and resolve processing or data issues through research and documentation.</li><li>Prepare periodic reports and summaries of findings for internal and client review.</li><li>Maintain high quality standards and compliance with internal policies.</li><li>Continuously enhance process knowledge through training and learning opportunities.</li><li>Contribute to improving efficiency and accuracy in plan administration processes.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>B.Com., M.Com., CA, ICWA, B.Sc./M.Sc.
