We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property sales in the residential and/or commercial market.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms</li><li>List, market, and promote properties for sale</li><li>Conduct property viewings and presentations for prospective buyers</li><li>Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, and legal requirements</li><li>Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts between buyers and sellers</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market</li><li>Build and maintain long-term client relationships</li><li>Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets</li><li>Coordinate with marketing and admin teams to ensure smooth transactions</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and local real estate regulations</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent or similar role</li><li>Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset</li><li>Knowledge of the local property market</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license (preferred)</li><li>Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Lead generation &amp; prospecting</li><li>Client relationship management</li><li>Market analysis</li><li>Contract negotiation</li><li>Time management</li><li>CRM usage</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
