We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property sales in the residential and/or commercial market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms
  • List, market, and promote properties for sale
  • Conduct property viewings and presentations for prospective buyers
  • Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, and legal requirements
  • Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts between buyers and sellers
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with marketing and admin teams to ensure smooth transactions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local real estate regulations

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent or similar role
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
  • Knowledge of the local property market
  • Valid driver’s license (preferred)
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
