We&rsquo;re building a lifestyle brand, not just a product line&mdash;one that blends wellness, performance, and aesthetic storytelling across DTC platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Meta, TikTok, and Google.Role OverviewWe are looking for a performance-driven Creative Content Creator to produce high-impact content that directly drives customer acquisition and sales across DTC channels.You will work at the intersection of creative + performance marketing, building content optimized for platforms like Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Google, Amazon, and Shopify. Your success will be measured by how well your content converts, scales, and improves CAC&mdash;not just aesthetics. You will be the vital link between internal production and external agency expertise, translating data into visual assets that scale.Work Schedule: This position follows standard business hours from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm at our Weston town center office. Punctuality and reliability are essential, and candidates must consistently report to work on time. This position is in-person.Key Responsibilities1. Performance-Driven Content Creation<ul><li>Ad Creative Production: Create video and static assets optimized for Meta, TikTok, Google (Display/YouTube), and Amazon.</li><li>Psychology-Based Design: Produce content aligned with specific customer states (focus, calm, energy, mood).</li><li>Search-Optimized Creative: Develop video and static assets optimized for YouTube SEO and Google Discovery, utilizing high-intent keywords and visual hooks.</li><li>Conversion Hooks: Develop scroll-stopping hooks, storytelling formats, and conversion-focused visuals.</li></ul>2. Creative Strategy &amp; Testing<ul><li>Iteration Loop: Work with internal and external teams to test multiple creative angles weekly and iterate based on performance data (CTR, CAC, ROAS).</li><li>Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a creative testing pipeline, continuously refining hooks, messaging, and formats.</li></ul>3. Agency &amp; Cross-Functional Collaboration<ul><li>Agency Point of Contact: Act as the primary creative liaison for our external performance marketing agency, supplying them with fresh assets and attending weekly syncs.</li><li>SEO Integration: Collaborate with our SEO agency to optimize on-page visuals and Shopify content to drive organic discovery.</li><li>Data Translation: Take raw feedback and &quot;winning&quot; signals from internal team and external partners to rapidly iterate on existing content&mdash;re-hooking or re-formatting assets based on agency recommendations.</li></ul>4. Content Planning &amp; UGC Direction<ul><li>Pipeline: Maintain a rolling 60&ndash;90-day content calendar across ads and organic product storytelling.</li><li>UGC Direction: Guide influencers and creators on content briefs, hooks, and messaging to build a library of high-performing assets.</li></ul>Success Metrics (KPIs)<ul><li>Creative CTR &amp; Lower CAC: Directly impacting the bottom line through creative performance.</li><li>Agency Throughput: The speed and efficiency of the &quot;Feedback-to-Iteration&quot; cycle.</li><li>Volume of Scalable Winners: Number of creatives that successfully scale in paid accounts.</li><li>Organic Lift: Improvement in search rankings and CTR for SEO-optimized content.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>2&ndash;5 years in content creation for DTC brands.</li><li>Expertise in Short-form Video: Advanced skills in TikTok/Reels and ad creative best practices.</li><li>Technical Literacy: Ability to interpret technical SEO briefs or performance reports and translate them into visual stories.</li><li>Tool Proficiency: Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Final Cut, or Canva.</li><li>Agency Experience: Proven ability to manage creative workflows for external marketing/SEO agencies.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>ROI-Minded: You understand that &quot;Good content = content that sells.&quot;</li><li>Fast Executor: High creative output with a focus on speed over perfection.</li><li>Collaborative Pivot-er: Someone who takes data-driven feedback from agencies and peers to improve their work without ego.</li><li>Data-Aware: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment.</li></ul>What This Role Is NOT<ul><li>Not just social media posting.</li><li>Not just brand aesthetics.</li><li>Not slow, perfection-driven creative work.</li><li>This is a high-speed, performance-first role.</li></ul>Education Requirements: A high school diploma is required.
