Role Overview
We are looking for a performance-driven Creative Content Creator to produce high-impact content that directly drives customer acquisition and sales across DTC channels.
You will work at the intersection of creative + performance marketing, building content optimized for platforms like Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Google, Amazon, and Shopify. Your success will be measured by how well your content converts, scales, and improves CAC—not just aesthetics. You will be the vital link between internal production and external agency expertise, translating data into visual assets that scale.
Work Schedule:
This position follows standard business hours from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm at our Weston town center office. Punctuality and reliability are essential, and candidates must consistently report to work on time. This position is in-person.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance-Driven Content Creation
- Ad Creative Production: Create video and static assets optimized for Meta, TikTok, Google (Display/YouTube), and Amazon.
- Psychology-Based Design: Produce content aligned with specific customer states (focus, calm, energy, mood).
- Search-Optimized Creative: Develop video and static assets optimized for YouTube SEO and Google Discovery, utilizing high-intent keywords and visual hooks.
- Conversion Hooks: Develop scroll-stopping hooks, storytelling formats, and conversion-focused visuals.
2. Creative Strategy & Testing
- Iteration Loop: Work with internal and external teams to test multiple creative angles weekly and iterate based on performance data (CTR, CAC, ROAS).
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a creative testing pipeline, continuously refining hooks, messaging, and formats.
3. Agency & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Agency Point of Contact: Act as the primary creative liaison for our external performance marketing agency, supplying them with fresh assets and attending weekly syncs.
- SEO Integration: Collaborate with our SEO agency to optimize on-page visuals and Shopify content to drive organic discovery.
- Data Translation: Take raw feedback and "winning" signals from internal team and external partners to rapidly iterate on existing content—re-hooking or re-formatting assets based on agency recommendations.
4. Content Planning & UGC Direction
- Pipeline: Maintain a rolling 60–90-day content calendar across ads and organic product storytelling.
- UGC Direction: Guide influencers and creators on content briefs, hooks, and messaging to build a library of high-performing assets.
Success Metrics (KPIs)
- Creative CTR & Lower CAC: Directly impacting the bottom line through creative performance.
- Agency Throughput: The speed and efficiency of the "Feedback-to-Iteration" cycle.
- Volume of Scalable Winners: Number of creatives that successfully scale in paid accounts.
- Organic Lift: Improvement in search rankings and CTR for SEO-optimized content.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years in content creation for DTC brands.
- Expertise in Short-form Video: Advanced skills in TikTok/Reels and ad creative best practices.
- Technical Literacy: Ability to interpret technical SEO briefs or performance reports and translate them into visual stories.
- Tool Proficiency: Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Final Cut, or Canva.
- Agency Experience: Proven ability to manage creative workflows for external marketing/SEO agencies.

Education Requirements:
A high school diploma is required. An associate degree is preferred.
