From skating and inflatables to trampolines, arcade games, and ice cream &mdash; we create fun, family-friendly experiences for our communities every day.We&rsquo;re looking for a Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts across all brands, drive guest traffic, and strengthen our regional presence.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow attendance, memberships, and event bookings across all locations</li><li>Oversee all digital marketing efforts including social media, email, SEO, and paid campaigns</li><li>Plan and manage marketing budgets, ensuring strong ROI and cost efficiency</li><li>Lead seasonal promotions, special events, and community engagement campaigns</li><li>Collaborate with operations and sales teams to promote parties, fundraisers, and field trips</li><li>Create and manage in-center materials (flyers, signage, menus, and displays)</li><li>Manage vendors, graphic designers, and marketing coordinators</li><li>Track marketing analytics, website traffic, and campaign performance</li><li>Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)</li><li>5+ years of marketing experience; multi-location or entertainment/hospitality industry preferred</li><li>Strong knowledge of digital marketing, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads/Analytics</li><li>Excellent communication and project management skills</li><li>Creative eye for design and brand storytelling</li><li>Experience with Canva, Wix, or other creative tools is a plus</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBase Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
